Locked Out in Norwich with a Pizza in the Oven

Last week, we were called to called out to a lockout at 7:30pm. The gentleman in question had left his flat to throw out the rubbish without taking his keys – something that could happen to any one of us. When the door slammed locked behind him, he remembered that he had a pizza in the oven.

Our response was fast enough to avoid a block of flats on fire but unfortunately not quick enough to save his dinner.
